​​At Parker’s Pak, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email Parkerspak@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund for the product price (original shipping costs are non-refundable) to your original method of payment. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Replacements:
If your Parker’s Pak breaks for any reason, email Parkerspak@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
